- Boil 4 liters of water. Add 1/2 tablespoon salt.
- Add 500g DOÑA ELENA Al Dente Fettuccine into rapidly boiling water.
- Cook uncovered and maintain water at a rolling boil.
- Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking together.
- Cook for 9 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain immediently.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon DOÑA ELENA Extra Virgin Olive Oil to keep your pasta al dente while you prepare the sauce.
- Top with your favorite pasta sauce.
